Dear All

At the NERC Librarians' Meeting in April I was asked to check the =
availability of MRC HQ for the next NERC Librarians' Meeting on =
Wednesday September 29th 2004.
Unfortunately, MRC HQ is not available on that date. Therefore, I have =
booked (provisionally) the BGS room at the London Information Office (on =
second floor of the office block at the Earth Galleries, South =
Kensington). The room is free of charge for BGS/NERC meetings and it =
sits a maximum of 12 around the table.=20

If we are all still agreed on the location (London) and date then this =
seems like a good option. Do you agree?=20

Joan
