Suggestion is that we set up a separate meeting which of course is not nearly so convenient as a back to back when we are altogether anyway. What would you like me to do - Set up a separate meeting - perhaps in London, since it is easier (and cheaper?) for people to get to? The meeting room would need internet access. Hi Karen,

I'm afraid it is not possible to rearrange the OLIB User Group to the 30th.

I have checked with the Committee and there are people who cannot manage the 30th (which was why the 16th was chosen), also the 16th was confirmed with FDI some months ago and publicised on their website so many users will already have the 16th in their diaries.

I have spoken to George Bingham, the OLIB Product Manager, and he has been asked to keep the last 2 weeks of November free for a major sales operation. However, he

has said that he would be quite happy to come out and visit the NERC Olib users if we would like to fix a convenient date and venue with him - this could be any of our user sites or Sheffield.
