[OntGov] [ICAN_Tech] help for ontology for Atlas of the lagoon

Hi all,
Thanks Alessandro for good questions. I will use the discussion among us and 
will also follow the suggested steps by Roy. I also bear in mind that we 
don’t have yet translated multilanguage vocabulary (English-Bulgarian and 
vice versa). The fact that we use Cyrillic alphabetic could make things a bit 
complicated, so we certainly should think on this as well. At present we 
really will start with English.
