Hi Roy,
For what it's worth, I had a quick look and picked a Top 10 for what it's worth from what I guess would be Oregon's perspective:
* biology
* climate
* disasters, accidents, risk
* environmental policy
* fishery
* geography
* natural areas, landscape, ecosystems
* natural dynamics
* resources
* water
My list is a bit weak on the Human side of the CZM equation, and that is probably because our coast is rather rural compared to most. So to round it out to a Top 12 I guess I would add:
* social aspects, population
* tourism
Is that what you were after?

Subject: [OntGov] GEMET
Dear All,
I am currently assessing the semantic relevance of GEMET to NETMAR. At the URL http://www.eionet.europa.eu/gemet/index_html?langcode=en is a list of the 40 concepts at the GEMET top level. Each of these expands into a list of narrower concepts.
My objective is to determine the subset of the top-level concepts that include concepts of relevance to the NETMAR use case scenarios. I will work through systematically and come up with a list, but I would appreciate it, particularly from the coastal atlas domain where my knowledge is rather patchy, if anyone with the time could have a browse and let me know any of the top-level concepts that they feel are relevant.
Cheers, Roy.
