happening - same happened to a message from Julie yesterday.

For some reason I don't understand 'platforms' is coming through as
'platforms-bounces'.  Any information that can help me get to the bottom
of this would be appreciated.

Hi all,
Thanks to Mitch who sent me an updated US-NODC code list yesterday. Hans
has managed to get the file into shape, for me to be able to compare the
list with our list at ICES.
BUT, I wonder if the new version is the correct version? I can only find
some 220 ships having radio call signs, and this number is far too low!
Any suggestions?
