[Platforms] Ship code status

Dear all,

I have now compared all the UK ship code entries on the NODC list to
what we have at present on the ICES list, and have copied a total of 71
ship code entries from the NODC list to the ICES version. For your
information I have attached these.

While comparing the lists, I have also checked the callsign.dump.txt
file which Mitch provided in July, and have added all relevant
information if available (call signs, ex name of ship or whatever
listed).

This email is just for information, as I tomorrow will send an update of
all the UK codes at ICES to Roy. 

However, I have not 'forgotten' you Mitch (smile), as I will send you
(via this email list) some entries to add to the NODC list. These
entries have been assigned here long time ago, and have never made it to
the NODC list. They have no overlap at your version either, so they
should not be that difficult. Don't panic please, there is only a very
few.
