Howdy Folks:
Here's a partial answer to SOME of the questions:
The TERMAGANT (NODC code74TM) represents WWII data sent to us by the UK
navy, so it is likely that it is the HMS TERMAGANT. The HMS TERMAGANT
(NODC code 74TP) is likely a duplicate - my co-worker in Syd Levitus'
group is out today, so resolution will have to wait.
The ACTIVE (NODC code74GZ) is a steamship, circa 1852 - 1915 The
ACTIVE (NODC code 745A) is the HMS ACTIVE (F-171) years 1972 - 1994,
decommissioned and sold.
That's all for now.
