[Platforms] New ship code entries

Hi all,

Sorry for the delay in responding, but I have far too many things to do
at the same time!

We can accept the code 35PK for the French POURQUOI PAS, call sign FMCY,
and I have informed Michele about this. I have also added her comments
about the former POURQUOI PAS, code 35PP - as: Active until 1936, then
sunk near Iceland.

I have also noted the new code 74EP for the container ship CP
CHALLENGER, call sign
ZCDJ3.
