[Platforms] Thetis - request for information

Dear Roy and all,

the ship Thetis used for the cruises named PRISMA-1 and PRISMA-2 was an 
Italian ship, owned by CNR.
I think that the correct call sign is IJQS, as Row supposed. We don't 
have the ship code up to now.

Unfortunately 15 days ago there was a collision between the ship Thetis 
(working with an oceanographic research cruise in the Sicily strait) and 
a container ship. The Thetis sunk very rapidly and 1 researcher died. I

We need to fix a ship code for the Italian ship (probably it has to be 
included in the catalogue as not working anymore) and correct the ROSCOP 
directory that now describes the activity with a German ship.
