[Platforms] Peruvian Platform codes request

Howdy;

I have entered all of the info, including the OCL codes, into the ATDB 
platform tables, see below.

(The 1st row is the Ocean Climate Lab codes; 2nd row is the NODC codes 
and the the rest is the platform name plus remarks.)
