[Platforms] Two ships - the Loch Fada and the Lough Foyle

Hi All:

 We at NODC have changed and added the following due to some confusion 
by the U. California at San Diego.

 HMS Loch Fada; operated from 1943 - 1970 when scrapped.  - NODC code 74LF
Lough Foyle; built 1974 ;  research vessel; operated by the Department 
of Agriculture and Rural Development for Northern Ireland;
  radio call sign GYAR; NODC code 74LG
