[Platforms] UK vessels: Loch Fada and the Lough Foyle

Hi everyone,

These two UK codes at ICES agree with NODC list:
 						
Ship code:74LG, Ship Name: Lough Foyle, Country:UK, Call sign:GYAR, Platform class: research vessel, Notes:	Built 1974,  operated by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for Northern Ireland

Ship code:74LF, Ship Name: Loch Fada, Country:UK, Pennant: K390, Notes: HMS, operated from 1943 - 1970 then scrapped

 We at NODC have changed and added the following due to some confusion by the U. California at San Diego.

HMS Loch Fada; operated from 1943 - 1970 when scrapped.  - NODC code 74LF 

Lough Foyle; built 1974 ;  research vessel; operated by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for Northern Ireland;
  radio call sign GYAR; NODC code 74LG
