[Platforms] Case of Ship Names

Dear All,

We in IFREMER also have the ship name in uppercases.
I think that the important thing is to have the code in uppercase, to be 
sure to have no ambiguity
on the code.
For us it will not be a problem to compare with the reference list using 
a transformation to uppercase before
the comparison.
