 Marilynn and All:

    We have entered a 'new' vessel. in our tables-  the Polar Bird which 
is a Norwegian resupply vessel for the Antarctic, leased off-and-on to the
     Australians.  NODC Code = 58PB, radiocallsign LAVT4, former name= 
Ice Bird.  [quote] The Polar Bird was chartered for the Australian 
Antarctic Program
     each summer season from 1984-85 to 1994-95, and occasionally since 
then. Polar Bird resumed Australian service in 2000 until the 2002-03 
summer [end].
