Hi Mitch,

As far as I am aware, there is only one UK Clupea (74CU, callsign GYWG) that has been used by the Aberdeen Marine Laboratory since 1968 until she was replaced this March.

I am also aware of a German Clupea that operated under the callsign YARZ from 1983 until German reunification when her callsign changed to DBFN and as far as I know she is still working. As the governance and callsign changed she has been given two codes '06JS' for the period 83-91 and '06JR' for 1992 onwards.

There is also a code entry for a Canadian 'Clupea' tagges as belonging to IOS, Sidney, BC but that's all I know about her.

Cheers, Roy.

We seem to have two CLUPEA's one back about 20 years ago - could you
comment on these ?
Is one labeled I and a II ? Any info I find is the most current, time-wise.
