[Platforms] Additions to align NODC and ICES lists

Dear Platform group,
 
I am Shavkatjon Ortikov, a new Data Manager at the ICES Data Center and
I will be working with Marilynn on the ship code list and cooperating
with you all. 
 
I  have heard that some of you will be coming to the WGDIM meeting at
ICES next week and I am looking forward to meeting you. 
 
The following ship codes were added to ICES database to match NODC list:
