[Platforms] Additions to align NODC and ICES lists.

The following ship codes for Swedish ships were added to ICES database
to match NODC list:

KOPPARSTENARNA      77KO    <notes> Lightship; 1914-05-12 to 1915-06-11;
North 5835 and East 1909 </notes>

PATER NOSTER            77PN    <notes> Lightship; 1903 - 1922; North
5754 and East 1128 </notes>
UTKLIPPAN                   77KL     <notes> Lightship; 1880 - 1922;
North 5557 and East 1542 </notes>
VARBERG                     77VB    <notes> Lightship; 1879 - 1887;
North 5706 and East 1213 </notes>

additional information would be appreciated!
