That is correct for Persey III, http://www.pinro.ru/images/pers3.jpg , however, see the picture of Persey 4/IV http://www.pinro.ru/images/pers4.jpg

Dear All,
Some e-mails off-list have been querying whether the name should be Persey IV rather than Persey 4. There are photographs of Persey III on the web in which the name in Roman numerals may be clearly seen.
Unless anyone has objections I suggest that we go with Persey IV.
Cheers, Roy.

Dear Platform Group,
A request has come in for a code for the Russian vessel Persey 4.
Suggested code: RUP4
<name>Persey 4</name><flag>Russia</flag><callsign>UGNQ</callsign> <platformclass>fishing vessel</platformclass> <IMO>8326204</IMO><commissioned>31 Dec.1999</commissioned> <previousname>Ocher</previousname><previouscode>90CR</previouscode> <notes>Built 1983. Ocher 8 Sept. 1986-Dec.1999. Persey 4 since Dec. 31,1999. Owner is ISC VEGA. </notes>
This suggestion will need confirmation by NOAA.
Kind regards,
Marilynn
