I am trying to sort out our list of Ship and get metadata for Sea DataNet.

I  need a new code for an old ship, because we have cruises related to 
it and assign to the 35LA (LAPEROUSE)
which did not exist at that time.

We need a new code for :
NAME : LAPEROUSE
TYPE : Naval Vessel
PENNANT NUMBER : F750 then A753
COMMISSIONNED : 1946
DECOMMISSIONNED : 1977
PREVIOUS NAME : SG4 Merkur

We already have  a LAPEROUSE ship referenced in ICES which is:
