[Platforms] Denmark JHC Miljø changed to JHC Miljoe

Hi Platform group,
 
Not everyone can support the Danish character "ø" so I have changed the "JHC Miljø" to "JHC Miljoe". This group may need to discuss time frames for supporting the Latin 1 set (ISO 8859-1).

Friedrich, please note that according to Lloyds the number you quoted is the MMSI nr. and not the IMO Nr. See the IMO above.


This suggestion will need confirmation by NOAA.
