[Platforms] correction UK Gardline Locator

Dear Platform Group, 
 
A correction for the call sign has come in for the UK vessel Gardline Locator with code 74VM . Please delete the call sign.

Renamed Marpounds (1 Jan 1970) then Isis Locator (1 Jan 1974) and then Gardline Locator on 1 Aug 1978. Re-registered in Panama 6 Oct 1993 and subsequently re-registered (Belize then Panama) before being broken in Singapore on 31 Aug 1997. Length 52m. </notes>
