Can we add RV Ke Xue Yi Hao to C173 (POGO ship list)? It is included in C17 as Science 1 with the code 76SC. Some more details are below and a photo (from the IOCAS web-site, http://english.qdio.cas.cn/rs/fs/rv/, unfortunately not good enough to read the name) is attached. 

Research vessel owned and operated by the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IOCAS). Built October 2006, length 104m, call sign BCCU. Vessel is also known as Kexue-I and Science 1.
