[Platforms] E-mail filters

Dear All,

We have a new external contractor filtering our e-mail.  As you may notice it has started quarantining perfectly valid messages.  I'm currently trying to work out how to release the affected message sent by ICES last night. So far, I have managed to release the I-Critical report, but not the message itself....

I am also having words with those responsible for our e-mail management to stop this happening again in the future.
