[Platforms] HOEGH to HOEEGH

Dear Platform group,

 

As you know, Roy has requested that we standardize the spelling of the Höegh vessels. Since "ö" cannot be used and the letter "ö" translates to "oe", I will correct all the vessels with "Hoegh" to "Hoeegh". See the complete list below. If anyone disagrees with this please let me know by Thursday, 29 March.
