[Platforms] NERC Vocabulary Server - at risk Wednesday 28th May

Apologies for cross posting if you get this message more than once.

Due to an essential server upgrade at Liverpool on Wednesday 28th May, the NERC Vocabulary Server should be considered "at risk" between at least 08:00 and 16:00 BST (GMT+1).

We will make every effort to keep the service live during this time, but this is a heads-up to say you may experience difficulties accessing the NVS during this time.
