[Platforms] Request program down

Dear Platform group,

Yesterday, we had an issue with the Request program at vocab.ices.dk/request  and had to go to a backup. If you worked in the program yesterday, 24 July 2017, between 15:05 - 18:00 Copenhagen time, please re-enter your data.

The program is functioning correctly when entering data requests/additional attributes into the database.

Emails sent via the request program are not sending correctly. We are working on it and will let you know when things are back to normal. In the meantime, I will bypass the Request program when sending emails so the email format will look different.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
