[Platforms] Multiple hull deprecation

Dear Platform Group,

It has been brought to our attention that some of the older codes that were designated as "multiple hulls" did not have the box "Deprecated" checked. These codes were reassigned as "multiple hulls" before the Deprecated box was available in the program but had a note that said not to use the code.

This has now been fixed so all codes marked as "multiple hulls" have the "Deprecated" box checked and will show up as "Deprecated" "true" on all sites.
