[Platforms] JAPAN - Shinyo Maru (NOAA Approved)

Dear Platform Group,

I would like to give supplemental information for Shiyo Maru.

1) Ship name is 'Shinyo Maru', not 'Kamitaka Maru'. It can be translated 
'Kamitaka' for first two Kanji characters but it is not correct for this 
vessel. There is no 'Kamitaka Maru' in my list.

2) Call sign:JFCL assigned is Shinyo Maru III(3rd generation). List of 
all Shinyo Maru is as below. Note that the generation is used for 
identification only, not a part of official ship name.
Code:49IN may be Shinyo Maru II and/or III.
