I've had another go at your atmos definitions. Attached.
In particular, I've added some *about*s, and I've removed
the comment about clouds and weather in the troposphere, it doesn't
really help with vertical position and anyway clouds (and possibly not
even "weather") are not limited to the troposphere.
I note that the definitions don't really fall into a pattern. I was
tempted to rewrite the atmosphere ones using a pattern/structure. Do you
want me to do that?
