[Seavox] Mapping continues

Dear All,

Following the discussions with John and Luis I have redone my initial BODC to GCMD mapping using SKOS mapping vocabulary terms and extended it a little.  I plan to finish the job in the next couple of weeks (I reckon I'm almost half way through, which has taken about 10 hours of my time) and then move on to a BODC to CF Standard Name attempt.

Any comments before I dive in deeper would be appreciated - I hate doing jobs twice!
