Dear All,

I propose the following minor changes to the SeaVoX salt and fresh water body gazetteer:

1)      Addition of 'Unknown' and 'Inapplicable' using the OGC definitions
2)      Changing the grouping terms for freshwater bodies from continent names (e.g. Europe) to more exact descriptions of the concepts that don't look out of place in a drop-down list (e.g. European freshwater bodies).

Hopefully, this will be uncontroversial, but I'll wait until I'm back from holiday (July 19) before implementing the changes to give opportunity for comment.
