[Seavox] L05 addition for "inorganic carbon analysers"

Hi,

We would like to propose the addition of the following term to L05 SeaDataNet device categories:

"inorganic carbon analysers"
Defined as: "Instruments measuring carbonate in sediments and inorganic carbon in the water column."

This would enable one discovery term to cover TIC/DIC instruments regardless of specific instruments used as combinations in the measurement process (e.g."titrators+autoanalysers" and "titrators+gas analyser").

If there are no amendments or disagreement we will add this term on Monday 3rd October.
