[Seavox] Addition to L05 vocabulary for Device categories

Dear All,

We are proposing to add two new terms to L05 for sensors to be linked to the L21 category ICAT05 (Remote sensor category).

The first one:
Suggested preflabel: Atmospheric chemistry remote sensors
Suggested definition: Instruments that measure the intensity and nature of electromagnetic radiation in a manner optimised for the quantification of chemical compounds in the atmosphere.

We are also considering adding a term for sensors optimised for sea ice detection as follows:
Suggested preflabel: Sea ice remote sensors
Suggested definition: Instruments that measure the intensity and nature of electromagnetic radiation in a manner optimised for sea ice detection and quantification.

Please let me have your comments and suggestions by Wednesday next week if at all possible.
