[Seavox] New L05 term

Hi Ray, All,

Apologies the term was meant to be:

'Binoculars and terrestrial scopes'

As opposed to telescopes - a typo from me. So yes I think this would include monoculars. This category would exclude tools that enlarge objects close to the observer, such as magnifying glasses and hand lenses, which could instead be included in an expansion of existing category 'optical microscopes'.

Optical tools used for observing terrestrial objects that are distant from the observer.
