Can you please insert an entry for the new RV BELGICA from RBINS - Belgium in the P17 POGO Ships of interest vocabulary?

Its ICES code = 11BU

More details about the vessel can be found at:

https://odnature.naturalsciences.be/belgica/en/

We need this to include the RV in the POGO Cruise Programmes database.
