Dear colleagues

Apologies, for any cross-posting. My email appeared to bounce from the Seavox emailing list.

I'm re-posting a request we received through the NVS Github to add a new term to L05 for 'telemetry systems'. Through the discussion on the request, we proposed the following term.

Preferred label: Telemetry systems
Definition: Systems that transmit data remotely to receiving systems through communication networks (e.g. WIFI, cellular phone or satellite networks) and communication protocols such as HTTP and MQTT.

Please review the Github ticket for further discussion about this request and to provide further comments. Please could you provide comments by the 16th May 2023.
