[Edserplo_users] Update

In this update we were intending to put in a time limiting feature for the event queue but in testing for this update I discovered a few problems - so Rashid needs to do some more work on it. [Events (button presses) older than a second get discarded. This is important when you're plotting a lot of data as previously the screen could continue to move long after you ceased interacting with the program.]

The current port on the Port page and the current port on the Port Timeseries page are now the same (as per Edteva). Change one and you change the other.

The coloration and cycle-window problems associated with plotting tidal data have also been resolved.

Output of 15 minute data in Model Residual format has not been improved yet. In fact 60-minute doesn't look brilliant either.   Apologies Jane.
