[Edserplo_users] Update

This update corrects a few problems with the current meter scatter plot. The compass rose rotated the wrong way, the angle reported was incorrect and funny things happened when pointing North. Somebody I feel should have noticed some of this and it should have been reported on the spreadsheet.

As programmers we are dependent on feedback for ensuring we eliminate the bugs.
