This update covers the enhancement to cover CTD page line styles 4 and 5 (beginning of cast behaviour) and also removal of some temporary code in relation to the map loader.

In answer to Julie's question posed earlier, you can locate SADCP data on a track map. If the Lat/Lon channels are NOT ALATGP01, ALONGP01 you have to create an alias in the driver file. Let's suppose the channels you have or want mapped are:-

ALATZZ01, ALONZZ01

Then put this in at the head of the driver file.
