[Edserplo_users] Inability to initiate Edserplo

We have a problem in diagnosing this because it doesn't occur on my machine. This in itself points towards a timing problem between threads.

For those having problems with the interactive start, I would ask you to try the EdserploTest icon (same directory as the Edserplo - m:\sitwide\bodc\edserplo)

This links  to a different JAR file. Let me know whether things improve.
