[Edserplo_users] Update

This update has corrected LFM values in FormatPSTAR (affects psreformat.m) , ensured that the dataset reported on the error-tracing e-mail is no longer blank and ensures that the output capability supports the (unusual confiuration of the) IGP050154 dataset. In regard to the last the output can take a long time (17,000 odd datacycles for 2003) for some reason so it is as well to wait until the output screen has refreshed itself.

Also the Edserplo button is now highlighted on the interactive start when it should be (no need to to toggle the Driver button on and off)).

I've taken to reporting bugs in http://lival/bugzilla. The ones I've put in so far are not addressed yet but if they had been they would be notified by their bug number there.
