[Medin_dacwg] Most downloaded dataset?

Dear MEDIN DAC Working Group,

At the MEDIN Open meeting on 24th April, we will be marking the 10th anniversary of MEDIN. As part of this, we are hoping to highlight the 3 most downloaded MEDIN datasets. If you are able to, please can you let me know, your top 3 most popular datasets (number of downloads) for a) 2017-18 and b) 2008-2018 with number of downloads (or requests if more appropriate for the dataset).

Please get your metrics to me by 17th April, so that the Exec Team can assemble the top 3 entries.
