[Medin_dacwg] MEDIN response to OGC consultation on marine spatial data infrastructure

Hi MEDIN Exec Team and MEDIN DAC Working group,

The Open Geospatial Consortium  (OGC) are running a consultation on marine spatial data infrastructure (http://www.opengeospatial.org/projects/initiatives/msdi-cds-2018) and I am working on a MEDIN response to the survey (draft attached).

Apologies, the deadline for this is very fast approaching (January 17th), which I know gives you practically no time. If you do find a couple of minutes to have a look at the draft, please send me any comments by midday on Wednesday 16th January to give me a chance to consolidate them.
