[Medin_standards] MEDIN mega meeting

Dear MEDIN Working Groups,
We are planning a MEDIN mega meeting for October/November to allow the representatives from the various working groups to get together and discuss areas of MEDIN's work that cut across the groups. I'd like to get the date in  your diaries as soon as possible so please can you fill in the Doodlepoll http://doodle.com/poll/5dzik6ue929paitm with your availability by 3rd June.

I'm also hoping that we would hold the next MEDIN hack day directly before the mega meeting and the likely set up for the meeting will be:

Day 1, pm - Hack day
Day 2, am - Hack day
Day 2, pm - DAC working group meeting
Day 3, am - MEDIN mega meeting
Day 3, pm - Standards working group meeting

So most people will only be involved with 1 day of meetings, possibly spread across 2 days.
