[Medin_standards] agenda for next weeks meeting

Dear MEDIN Standards Working Group,

Please find enclosed the agenda for next week's remote Standards Working Group meeting. Papers will follow by the end of the week.

Those of you who have indicated your desire to contribute should have received an e-mail invitation to a videoconference, which will commence at 11:00 on Tuesday 17th. The meeting is scheduled to run until 16:00 with a break for lunch.

Can I request that you all please fully test your VC kit well in advance of the meeting by using the link to the test conference that was supplied in your invitation. As backup, I have also booked a teleconference for the same time for anyone who struggles with the VC. The details of the teleconference are at the base of the agenda.

If you wish to contribute and have not yet received an e-mail invite to the VC, please contact me immediately.
