[Medin_standards] feedback on use of MEDIN GIS tool

My name is Sean Gaffney from MEDIN. You have been contacted by me as you are on our MEDIN Standards Mailing List and we are trying to establish how widely mailing list members use our ARC Catalog to MEDIN metadata transformation tool.
