Dear platforms-friends,
first to say hallo to this group, secondly testing whether also 
attachments can be circulated, with this mail I attach a ICES-paper for 
the Eutrophication meeting of OSPAR, 12-14 Dec 2006 in The Hague, in 
which ICES reports on its enhancements in ship code governance..
