Yes, it was the Nov 2 list that I loaded and checked out.  My final check has been to cross-check the names in the two list for the same codes.  This has turned up the following that I suggest you change:

740U NOTILUCA to NOCTILUCA
744B TRISTRAM, SIR to SIR TRISTRAM

Could we also agree on

74GD G. A. REAY to G A REAY (the fullstops cause search problems on some systems)
74JM J & S MILES to J AND S MILES (ampersands cause problems in XML and can be a pain in Oracle)
