The metadata needs a bit of tidying up, but the important thing is for
us all to agree that 74AQ = 'Act 4' and BHAQ='Melbourne Star', or at
least two different codes for the different names.  Don't get hung up on
whether the flag changed or not as we are moving towards losing
semantics from the keys.
