Hi there,

To those that were wondering, our mail list server was rebooted on Monday causing a couple of messages that had been stuck in its innards for about 6 months to surface!  Please keep an eye out for messages you send and if they don't appear let me know on rkl at bodc.ac.uk.

I agree with Mitch - the Russian ship list is a huge problem.  We will need to sort part of it out for POGO, but I think the rest should wait until we have sorted out some of the 'easier' issues elsewhere!
